The airport is owned jointly by the Port of Chelan County and the Port of Douglas County. Per the 2013 Memorandum Of Understanding, the Port of Chelan County has the authority of the governing board under the Joint Operating Agreement. Board Meetings
Meetings are held as needed in conjunction with the Port of Chelan County Board Meetings on the First, Third, and Fourth Thursdays of the month at 9:00 AM in the Port of Chelan County Conference Room located at 238 Olds Station Road, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
